'HarvestSeedCafe originated from a modest vision: to deliver true Neapolitan pizza to Oxford. Initiated by the Romano household in 1985, our pizza shop was a quaint, locally operated venture featuring handed-down recipes from past generations.
Luca Romano, our progenitor, acquired pizza crafting skills during her Italian peregrinations, learning from esteemed pizzaiolos in Naples—the cradle of pizza. After her return to the UK, she sought to replicate the enchantment of bona fide Italian pizza, adhering to ancestral techniques and selecting the finest produce.
Starting as a cozy pizzeria with just 12 seats, it has now flourished into a much-cherished neighborhood gem; yet, our dedication to supreme quality and genuineness remains firm. We persist in using time-tested wood-fire oven methods, preparing our dough fresh each day, and choosing premium-grade ingredients.
Presently, 'HarvestSeedCafe' is still under the stewardship of the family, with the Romano lineage's second generation propelling our enthusiastic crew. We've integrated some contemporary touches, but the essence of our establishment, creating delectable, real pizza that unifies folks, endures.
