Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the refund within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Order Cancellation

Replacement

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, the same product will be sent to you again without any additional charge, provided the complaint is made within 48 hours of the purchase.

Exceptions

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Please note that we do not accept returns of any food items, including but not limited to pizzas, sides, or any other items sold at HarvestSeedCafe. In the case of issues with your food order, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to resolve the situation promptly.

We will process your refund within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
